Returns.

I won’t return for change of mind, however where you feel the item wasn’t as described or faulty, it will be considered on a case by case basis. You (the customer) will be responsible for return postage to Brisbane, Australia. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased.

Damages.

I endeavor to pack each piece with the necessary love, care and attention for transporting ceramics. That being said, if your item arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging, and contact hello@kleynceramics.com

With a little TLC, your pieces should last a lifetime.

Glazes are food, microwave and dishwasher safe, but I’d hand wash where possible, to protect the surface over time.
